How do you do! Mr. John
This is Lee Dae-Hyung who particiated in your class at Sanseong middle school. I logged in your blog this morning. and looked down your articles. I knew that you live in church, Dae-yul village and got some about nerve without keeing your privacy from your Korean neighbors. maybe, they are too kind to regard you as their family. the difference of the western and the eastern make them do so. I hope you get a good time for staying in Dae-yul village.
I want you heip me to improve speaking English. See you on Oct. 10th.
John Nanchang China Hello John!
Hey, good luck with your new venture in South Korea. We all miss you here in Nanchang. Joey should be back at work soon. She's a mum now! We are expecting 8 new foreign teachers in a week or so. We're still using your KFC map!!!
Thanks Sue thanks for positive imput on new blog. Yes it is a very condensed version. I did not have much time to sort out the best of hundreds of photos. Nanchang is the same latitude as my home town, yet Nanchang is hotter in Smmer and we definatly don't get snow in winter!
Qingdao, a city I've yet to explore! Hi again John. Again, a good brief overview of your second sojourn in China, short though it may have been! In May I met a great Japanese lady who has been teaching Japanese in Qingdao for 3 years or so. I hope to visit her soon! The new "D" train service from Shanghai to the outskirts of Qingdao will make this an easier trip to organize! Any tips?
Great to see your first blog! Hi John
Great to see some of your contrasting photos, particularly the winter shots. Here in Taizhou, we don't normally have snow in winter- although it feels cold enough! Wow, you did a great job condensing your first year's experiences in China. I should take a few lessons from you!
keep in touch
Sue

My previous travels before China were 15 months in North America and Europe in 1975-76 and many South East Asian countries in 1980-81 for another 9 months. After almost another quarter of a century living in Australia, I got the travel bug once again.
This time I decided to do it slightly differently by working. I hear... full info
