| 26th November 2008 Tara | I found this plant in Belize - From: Belize - Visiting the island of San Pedro (la Isla Bonita as Madonna put it) Great pictures- When I was in Belize I found plant that moved when I tickled it. We were walking on a trail and as we brushed against these plants with pretty pink flowers they closed their leaves and lowered their branches. | 24th November 2008 Nick D | Good and Bad - From: A drive to Varadero and back My trip was okay but be on the look out for hustlers. Guys and Girls on the streets offering you a good time. Guys offering you a girl, and guys offering to get you in a club. The do nothing then want to drink for free and I can assure you are getting paid to keep you drinking. Then the girls come out of nowhere and as usual want to go back to your room with you for a fee $$$. Nice place to relax, have a few drinks and meet some of the hard working locals. Besides that not much else going on. |
