Hello From SNOWY Millthorpe Things sound great over there Andy!! Keep up your writing - we will enjoy following your adventures. Love from me, Muzz and Nan.
Seattle Sounds like fun! And wow, 3 days to assemble the Dreamliner? That's impressive. I've never even sat back and thought about how long I expected it to take, but certainly wasn't thinking 3 days.
Thus far the trip sounds great. Look forward to hearing more updates of the trip!
Wow Hey,
Wow sounds like you are having a fantastic time leaving us all back here in wet and cold brisbane... and Seattle with no bad weather.. thats unusual!
Glad that you've met some people to see the sights with - always helps. Enjoy you next adventure..
NZ-USA Hi Andy, you sound like you have settled into the travelling side of your trip extremely well. The timeframe to assemble one of those Dreamliners is truely incredible - Looking forward to the next installment. Enjoy yourself!
Wow. Sounded like great fun. Two observations I'd like to make from this. 1) waking early habits eh? *cough cough* 2) chatting up the local bird life already. go Andy!
Awesome Black water rafting seems like a lot of fun, I should try it sometime. I don't see the foot or whistle either, but i do see an upside-down iron on the rock to the right of the photo.
Ha Lucky another company was running... Hope the water wasn't too cold. But from the lack of mention of it, it can't have been too bad. Maybe my brother was just whining way to much about his water adventure in Queenstown.
Hey mate. Yeah, Auckland is very similar to Brisbane, though when I was there, it seemed a lot... greyer. Probably because it was raining. :P
Anyway, have fun tomorrow... is black water rafting like white water rafting, only calmer?
Err yes, Title. Auckland is just a boring city that I constantly mistake for the capital of New Zealand.
The real beauty of New Zealand is not in the cities. Well, Christchurch is actually alright, but yes, Auckland is very much your typical boring city. I am sure The Caves will be much nicer. And if not, you should have flown into Christchuch and visited all the churches! South Island is better. In my non-experience of the North Island.
Welcome to my world of wondrous adventures in the United States of America! I'm spending 6 months traveling, taking in the sites, studying and having an all round good time.
I'll try to keep this up to date with stories of my trip and what's going on as well as photos. Don't forget to leave me a message on my message board! :)
