Judgements of Hammurabi 1. Specific actions Hammurabi took in his attempt to provide for the good order of society and the basic welfare of his subjects were to make sure everyone paid a price for any wrong doing they did. For example, under the section of Felons and Victims, Hammurabi said "If a man has been perpetrated brigandage, and jas been caught, that man shall be slain" He's showing how he wants people to be punished for their wrong doings. 2. Some evidence of class distinctions in Babylon are men are mainly on top unless they are slaves. In basically every section, the men are the people who make the decisions. 3.
