After a whirlwind couple of days in Ho Chi Minh City, I was ready to chill out on our supposedly very relaxing three day boat trip along the Mekong Delta. Sightseeing by boat is a very different experience compared to staring out of the window of a bus. It's later mixed w/ caramelized sugar cane, ginger & peanuts then pressed into a very large rectangular mould. After cutting into squares, the rice puff snacks are packaged and sold to hungry foreigners and locals alike!
