I returned to Vietnam from Australia in mid September and spent two months in Sài Gòn (aka Hồ Chí Minh city). Snowing Around Sapa & Ha Kiang Area
Dear Hong Ha, I read in the news & saw photos of snowing around Sapa & Ha Kiang area last Sunday. The local officers distributed blankets to residents & about 80000 people affected by the cold :(. The snow was about 5 to 10cm thick & causing traffic jam as tourists flocked to view the scenery. That all. Take care. Leah
