Suburbs
Middle-class suburb in Ha Noi

High Rise
Typical architecture in the Red River Delta provinces. Tall, very narrow buildings with one side usually unpainted. Their reasoning, I reckon, is: why paint a wall when someone else will one day build up against it?

Pagoda
Typical pagoda/temple. Taken from my taxi while on the highway from the airport.

Heavy scooter
They load everything on their scooters. This woman was selling fruit while driving on the highway. This is not a joke.

Friendly biker
This guy was waving like mad when he realised I was taken photo's of him.

Busy street in French Quarter, Ha Noi.

Gnarly
This tree's bark looked like dripping candle wax. The water in the background is Hoan Kiem Lake. (More like Hoan Kiem Large Pond)
