We arrived in Vietnam after being told we would have to pay for a medical at the boarder!! We managed to escape that one thank god!!

Hanoi is a really great city, there are 2 million motorbikes on the road and its really crazy but really cool to! We have been to the Hanoi Hilton where John Mccain was held prisoner, to see Ho Chi min's body and palace and to a really cool army museum covering the french and american wars. This morning we got up early to jog round the lake in the old town where we are staying before the motorbikes get too mad! We went to see the water puppet show which was actually really good, there was live music and traditional puppets, we really enjoyed it.

We also took and overnight stay on a boat in Halong Bay which was really beautiful, Steve swam in the sea and i got in for about 5 minutes and we also did some kayaking which was really good fun.

Tonight we are taking the bus to Hue....
