We spent a couple of days on Khao San Rd in Bangkok, enjoying phad thai, banana pancakes, fruit shakes, Thai massage and all the other backpacker staples. Glad you are in \"safe\" Viet Nam
After watching the news from Lebanon, I never thought I would say this but I'm glad you are in such a "safe" place as Viet Nam!!! The picturew are amazing - you will have lots to submit to the Star's place in the world guessing contest. (That sounds like an Alzheimer's moment!) We're experiencing hot weather too right now - but probably not quite the same intensity that you have. Wow - home in less than a month! At this end, it seems like the time has gone quickly.
