Sat Jan 22, 2011 very early On a tour bus in Hue right now for a DMZ tour. Margot and I arrived in Hue last night after a 3 hr bus ride. It was nice to see some of the country side. 15 meter crater created by drilling bomb, later turned into air vent for the "tunnels" north of DMZ zone where villagers lived for 6 years.

North of DMZ zone. There were 114 tunnels, one for each village with about 400 villagers living in each tunnel. Each tunnel was a network of 3 different levels (15M, 20M, 25M), 13 entrances.
