Nope, cannot keep away from the training. I am feeling better and also the infection is now clear so I set off for the Jiu-Jitsu session. It is already really hot, despite only being 8.45.
I actually cope with the session much better than I expected to. It finishes with the class tournament and I lose my first match fairly quickly, ending up with a painful elbow. For my second match I am up...
