Having spent a rather hectic 10 days in Sabah, Borneo, we were looking forward to chilling out in Koh Phangan. We were recommended, by Andy or Bruce/Wilfred as you may now know him from the lovely comments he leaves us on our blog, to stay in Sunset Cove. The place was gorgeous. Anyone who read my facebook status will already know about the infinity pool and beach views plus delicious free breakfasts, comfy sun loungers, the list goes on. As you may have gathered by now, we loved this place so much so that we didn't leave it for the best part of 6 days.

Activities included lying by the side of the pool, reading, watching dvds, eating delicious thai food, getting a a traditional thai massage (by little ladies who stood on our backs - awesome) hard life! We also hired mopeds for a day and toured around the island. We popped into Haad Rin but there wasn't much going down by way of full moon parties. We missed one just before we came and the half moon party was the day after we left. To be honest we couldn't have cared less.

So now we are a pair of chilled out entertainers walking around like Mr Soft because we're so god damn relaxed. I think Bangkok, our next stop, should wake us up a little. See at the ping pong shows! xx

Ha ha, matey trust me I put the beef on in NZ and Oz but think I might have sweated it off me in this god forsaken heat! Just got scammed by some tuk tuk driver, he took us to four places which we didn't want to go to (silk shops and jewellary stores) so he could get a gasolene voucher. In the end he didn't get his voucher and he got so angry he wouldn't leave us where we wanted to go. So basically we paid 40 Bhat (I know it's like 50p but still) to be taken no where! It was quite funny to see his little scam back fire on him though, little shit! Went to the palace today, pretty awesome. Going to a thai boxing match tonight then to the weekend markets. We'll pop into that food market tomoz for sure. Love L xx
