We spent Christmas of 1997 on Koh Nangyuan, a small resort of 3 islands connected by sandbars. It was time to return after 9 years. In 2008, 2009 and 2010, we travelled mostly in the Caribbean, US, Canada and Hawaii. We were just too busy to post travelblogs, and Facebook has been easier to post pictures to, although not as good as this site. Hopefully we'll get back to posting our world travels to this site! The landscape on Nanguan is similar to the Baths on Virgin Gorda.

Sandbar Submerged

The sandbar to the other island floods more easily since a heavy storm a few years ago. During high tide it's a waist-high ford, or you can get a little boat to take you across.

Korean Divers

During the day, the island gets busy with daytrippers. This is a group of divers from Korea preparing for a beach dive.
