Prologue I used miles for our flights on our vacation to Bali. With miles, I could get us to Bali, but we had to return from Bangkok, so we decided to spend two days in Bangkok. It was a hot and slow journey back to Hua Lamphong because the train stopped numerous times once it got into Bangkok proper.
