Ahhh the Hill Club. A forgotten relic from a colonial past. The good old days, when the British exploited half the planet.

What a lovely and well sculpted Range Rover Sport, beautiful detail. The hedge isn’t bad either. Boom boom. See, the sort of person who frequents the Hill Club drives a Range Rover, it’s that sort of place.

Yes yes, Sir Robert Scott, jolly fine chap, yes yes Col Goodfellow a good egg, remember him well, MR GOONERATNE?!? Since when did we start letting the Natives in?? And can you imagine the horror when a woman, yes a WOMAN was elected a life member? Note the left plaque states “Gentlemen” elected life members, but the plaque on the right simply states “Life members”

TO THE QUEEN! To be allowed in to the Hill Club I had to borrow suit jacket and a tie. As my dear friend Laura would say "standards John, we have standards"

These two chaps followed me around like security guards during my visit to the Hill Club and then they asked for a photo with me. Turns out they earn around $60 a month. My G&T cost $5.
