Hi everyone
thanks once again for keeping us up to date with things and thanks Keri for all the info on Bangkok.
We have five great days in Singapore, doing things as diverse as visiting Changi museum, to water travel on the Singapore river. Its a most beautiful city although it never sleeps. Raffles and Singapore slings were a blast. Yesterday we travelled by rail, 1st class costing 20 pound to KL. The trip took approx 7 hrs but we enjoyed every minute of it. The Malays are changing from rubber production to palm oil production and India are buying all they can get. KL is manic, high humidity, sweating all the time, have just come back from a trip to the Pretonis Twin towers. Very impressive building. We are now trying to get transport to Koa Samui, but being Sunday, all travel agencies are closed, so we will be trying to get a flight 1st thing tomorrow.
