His teaching is "Just love" - well, and this is what a honeymoon is about. As he had married us, we really wanted to spend our honeymoon with him. So... Read Full Entry

Congratulations!
After 12 years together congratulations on your wedding and doing it your way. Nina conquering her health issues and Markus's support was inspiring. You have now tied the knot of life commitment to each other and I wish you every happiness for the future.

Congratulations on getting married!
What a perfect way to spend your honeymoon--with your guru whom you also love! The Darshan and Indian restaurant both looked pretty special, and how great that your new Singapore family was going with you and your guru to Malaysia. And so sweet that you two honeys are now married! Happy travels!

Singapore: not your average Asian city
Dave here.....sounds like overall, it was a very good trip. We are pleased that your Spiritual Master was there as well! In 2007, Singapore was our very first stop when we began our travels around the world. We understand what you are saying, but found it a great way to "ease" into Asian culture, where we would spend the next three months. Cheers!

True
Yes, that is true. Singapore ist a great starting point for an asian adventure - or a great break in between. Like "Asia light". It is just better not to expect a "true asian experience" (whatever this is for each person) when coming there.... Anyway, it is always best to try not to expect anything. ;-)
