Entrance To The Cave
It takes time to have the Time to visit the "The New 7 Wonders Of Nature" Finally the time has come this December 2011, to be Amazed to the Beauty of Palawan's, "Underground River", From Manila,we Booked our Ticket on a Flight of Cebu Pacific Airlines to Puerto Princesa Palawan, Airfare cost about 1,200Php, I did my Research already on the Internet on my accomodation or a Pension Houses, Mostly it is full, but Luckily found one named," Lola Itang's "Pension Houses. It is in the Heart of Puerto Princesa and its cozy and Neat, even in here you have to segregate you Garbage, bravo.We rented the Bunggalow type with a small balcony on the front and a Couch where you can Daydreamin, A Bed, Bathroom with Shower , a Refrigerator ,Cable TV and a most Important thing to have is Aircondition and a WIFI...Perfect , and that's for a 1,000.00Php for 2 persons, very Affordable...the Garden in front of a Bunggalow is a Bonus + They brought my Coffee to the balcony every morning, Love it. So..we started walking around Puerto Princesa, a very busy Vehicular street of Puerto Princesa.a Very Interesting Municipal Hall Buildings, because where on December month
, Tiangge is everywhere ,Tiangge, is a small Stalls where People sells anything & everything,gift items, Clothing , Bags & Shoes and also a lot of Beautiful Delicious Looking Filipino Cuisine, Food & Beverages where u Can Dine & Drink Till Midnight Outdoor. Our Guide told me That Puerto Princesa has O Criminality, kaloka...The next Day we Rented a Motorbike to drive around Puerto Princes a, & I realized how Clean the Town is.. No Garbage what so ever even a Candy Wrappers is none on the Street, am i Dreaming? am I still in the Philippines? Very Cultivated and Discipline People...RESPECT...
On the streets of Puerto Princesa there's a Mall, a Cathedral and a lot of Beautiful Restaurants and a Solemn Peoples Park dedicated on a POW (Prisoners Of War) Massacre.
When you walked on the streets of Puerto Princesa, you will noticed this big Trycicles,it's a Tuned Passenger carrier Motorbikes with 2 big Headligths & can carry about 6 Persons . can handle or Bargain Prices all over Philippines.The asking Price to go on tour in Underground River is 1,300Php, and i got it for 1,000 Php per head, it includes Pick-up and bring back in your Hotel, and Lunch and Underground River Tour. It start at 7:00AM a Van will pick you up in your Hotel, a Van has a 8 pax passenger , mostly they paid a 1,200p for this Tour so we are the barat or we have a good deal.. It takes 2 hrs. to go to the Underground River,on the Halfway Resting station ,you can drink a fresh Coconut Juice & eat the delicious Meat of it, or Cold Drinks & Snacks, or go to the Comfort Room. Afterthat dont forget to ask your Guide or Driver to stop at the Mountain Viewpoint Buenavista, to enjoy the beautiful View of a Controversial before China Sea now Philippine Sea. air Bamboo Restaurant a Fabulous Buffet Sortiment of Meat,Fish,Vegetables,Salads,Desert Fruit & Rice, not to forget Palawan's own Delicasies,called " Tamilok" a Mangrove tree Worm, a Servant will ask you if you want to try this, its in a small Bowl soaked in Venigar & Lemon & it cost you a 100p, Ofcourse I tried it, its glitchy but its not that bad, it's like a Taste of Austern and it's acctually belongs in Austern family, it taste a bit sweet too. After enjoying your Delicious lunch you can take a walk by Bay to the Sabang Port ang you will pass by the beautiful Big Exclusive Resort Sheridan which i enjoyed taking Pictures. in Sabang Port your Guide will arrange your Boat & Permits To allow your group to visit the "Underground River", its only limited Tourist entry a Day who can visit the Place, and be sure that you will choose a clear Sunny day to visit the place or else no Trip on a Rainy Days.

one of the best view shots i Photographed..ofcourse you need also a shot of a sign on wood of "Underground River" as a remembrance, there's a Rangers Quartier which in the Backyard a Beautiful pairs of Iguana or Baran, & Monkeys too. Now you can take a walk in a Wooden Path in a small Jungle being Amaze on Big old Trees ,leading you to a small Port, and wait for your groups turn to boat inside the Cave ,acctually when i Arrive, there's a lot of Groups already waiting to see the Cave,so while waiting i used the chance to do some Pictures of the small Port and the Caves Entrance and i did some Video so you can have a glimpse what's goin on. So in a Boat it's around 8 Persons Capacity per Boat, and who sits in front have to be very aware, co'z he or she will be the one who holds the Spotlight connected to a small Car Battery and have to lightens everything defending on your Cave Guide Descriptions or Stories, the Guide is also very Funny and you will gonna have some fun enjoying and Amaze to the beauty of the Cave,

from Sabang Port TO This Place..
it's so big inside that you can build a Building inside, the Beauty of Stalakmytes and Stalagtytes are a Fantastic work of Nature.. It was really a Beautiful sights to see and the whole Tiredness has gone away after seeing the Beautiful Underground River, dont miss it.if you have the chance, go girl, just do it and you will LOVE it...It is a Privelege to Experience this Natures Best,and i am sure now that the " Underground River" belongs to the " The New 7 Wonders Of Nature", The Prices will be Higher and it will be Crowded, but i Wish & Hope that all the Tourists even Filipino will Respect and Preserve the Sacred of this Million Years work of Nature. and dont forget bring your own garbage back in your Hotel...
