After a terrible night where the town's power never came on (usually power is up from 6 pm till 3 am), woke up to mostly sunny weather – a good way to start our rescheduled island hopping tour. As a native of the Philippines, I grew up in a district of Manila known as the poorest and the most densely populated area in the country. During that time, I didn’t get a chance to see the beauty of its 7,107 islands.
