BALTORO -GONDOGORO PASS TO HUSHE VALLEY TREK RE-OPENED IN 2016:

From Last year 2016 Baltoro- Gondoghoro Pass to Hushe Valley re-opened and issuing the trekking permit, You may enjoy of this beautiful trek again.

ATTACK ON THE MOUNTAINEERS IN THE BASE CAMP OF NANGA PARBAT:

It is very bad and sad news that on 23rd June 2013 many climbers killed in the base camp of Nanga Parbat who were from several countries. This is darkest day for the country and people of the country, they did not killed only innocent climbers (guests, nature and Pakistan lovers) killed all the people who are involved directly and indirectly in the tourism industry, as well as killed image and reputation of the Pakistan, its people in the world.

We, the people of Pakistan mourn and strongly condemn this heinous crime and apologize to the international community’s over this unfortunate incident.

The list of victims of the this heinous crime included reputed and outstanding mountaineers from various countries,

ROYALTY FEE OF MOUNTAINS FOR THE YEAR 2017:

The Government of Pakistan, Gilgit-Baltistan Council (GBC) has approved reduction in the mountain royalty for the year 2014 as per details given below:-

i-Zero royalty fee for peaks up to 6500-M

ii-10%!r(MISSING)oyalty fee on mountains situated in Chitral, Gilgit and Ghizer except on Spantik/Golden Peak.

iii-05%!r(MISSING)oyalty fee on all peaks during winter season (December-February).

iv-40%!d(MISSING)iscount on royalty fee on all peaks except as mentioned in (i) and (ii) above as per following beak-up:

-K 2 (8611M) 7200 US dollar for group of 07 members and 1200 US dollar per addition member

-(8100–8500M) 5400 US dollar for the group of 07 members and 900US dollar per addition member

-(7501-7000M) 2400 US dollar for the group of 07 members and 300 US dollar per additional member

-(7001-7500 M) 1500 US dollar for the group of 07 members and 180 US dollar per additional member

-(6501-7000M) 900 US dollar for the group of 07 members and 120
