Heading to Dharmasala 4700 m. which is last shelter before crossing the Larke la 5100 m. It was long days trek with a Belgian and two Malaysian friends. We took a public bus from kathmandu to Arughat. In spite of the dusty & bumpy road bus was full packed. There is no space for a foot to step in. First day we stayed at Arughat. It is local market centre in that area. Since next day our trek was begun. We followed the left hand side of “Budi-gandaki” river, which was also old trade route to Tibet. There were beautiful rural valleys at both sides of Budi-gandaki. Ganesh himalaya range could see on horizon. It was time of Deepawali festival, the Hindu's festival of lights & color. All houses had been decorated with marigold flowers and color paintings. Peoples were celebrating the festival in their house gathering at each other. We crossed a few streams, some using suspension bridge and some of them using a traditional wooden bridge. There were so many beautiful waterfalls along the way. After 4 days from Arughat, we reached to Tsum valley. It was newly developed trekking area. Trail was very rocky with ups & downs. There were only few lodges at certain places. Tsum valley is situated in between Ganesh himalaya

lho village under the manasalu range. and Singri himalaya range. Whole area seemed very remote and completely isolated from rest of Nepal. But their unique culture and beauty of nature surround the Tsum is awesome. There didn’t seem any sort of external influences so far. Despite of the hard daily life, they looked happy and quite devoted towards the religion. There were so many Buddhiest monastries & stupas. It's like a holy place where all kinds of killings are strictly prohibited throughout the Tsum valley. Mu gumba was our last destination in Tsum valley. It's a monastery where the monks live and serve lodging & fooding service for tourists as well . Then we got back the same way and caught Manasalu route again at Eklebhatti. We passed number of villages like Deng, Namrung, lho, samagau and samdo ect. All those villages were also very remote and isolated. Among those villages Samagau was the biggest one, located in the huge flat land surrounded by mountains. It was really very nice place. We stayed at Dharmasala(4700 m) before than crossing the larke la(5100 m).There was only a lodge opened seasonally. Though it was last of the autumn season, luckily lodge was opened during our trip. It was

We slowly hiked up with head lamp. It was one of the longest high pass in Nepal. Trail was just gradual up but very rocky along the way. So it made some harder to one of our friends to cross the larke. Despite the rocky way, it was really amazing place just beside the himalaya. My cousion brother and I followed to our sick friend. We reached to top in the noon and took some pictures enjoying with mountain together. Then we crossed the larke la from in between Larke peak and cheo himal. We had dark to get the Bimthang, which was last stop point of that day. Bimthang is also situated in huge flat land surrounded by mountains. We rested a day there. On that day we visited around the Bimthang including beautiful lakes. It was really beautiful place to enjoy with nature. Then we got down all the way through the jungle. Manasalu range was shining in the left hand side with breathtaking scenary. Lodges & guest houses were building on the
