Our speed boat pulled onto the white sands of Long Beach yesterday evening. It has been a little over 24 hours here and already I feel at home. The Perhentian Islands are truly paradise!!
My first day was spent lying on the beach, hanging out on the couches at Spice Divers and reading a book on the porch of my bungalow. I've been enjoying seeing Natasha and Mazlin in their natural elements, too. It's very VERY laid back here. Lots of nice people and good food. I think I'll stay a week...or maybe two...
