At the beach

Spent my last full day of this trip at one of my favourite places, the beach.

Went for a walk along the beach late yesterday afternoon and again today.

folks are not at all used to tourists, they come up and ask yiu where you are from, and what your name is, particularly the children. amazing that we are still an oddity.



There is nothing on the beach, no other hotels within a half hour walk in either direction. No beach bars or shops. A few hiuses tucked back into thr palm grees, vut that is all. Some debris on the beach, but not too bad at all. A lot of it is coconut branches or shell husks..this is a huge coir producing area. Also some flip flops and a few light bulbs???, but nothing really unpleasant. Will attach a photo of the beach.



Tomorrow morning we leave at 10:30 for the trip to Cochi, then fly Cochi to Delhi, about 9 hours in Delhi airport, then to Frankfurt, five hours in Frankfurt, then home. I get in Tuesday afternon at around 4 pm., and it is 11 hours later here, so it is a long, long trip.



May check in from Delhi, if there is internet....9 hours in a long time.
