Ahmedabad

Hi everyone.

We took the local bus to Ahmedabad. The bus ride was actually OK, although the ceilings were really low cause they have spaces above the proper seats for people to sit, and there were people sitting on the floor between the seats, but no chickens, so it was alright. We arrived about 1:00 PM and had decided that we were a little sick of sightseeing and were just going to chill out over cocktails. That was NOT going to happen as we were in a dry state where you need a permit to buy alcohol, luckily we had our own.. haha

We did go out to the Ghandi museum and saw his house. The grounds were really nice and really quiet, it was quite relaxing. There is a lot of info on Ghandi and his life. We then went to a mall and looked at some "upscale" shops and then just hung out at the hotel. Tried to go use the internet but it was an interrogation just to sign on. They wanted your passport, address, phone number.. so I just skipped it.. It was really really crazy...

Ahmedabad was my least favorite place.. haha
