The Blue City

Hi all

We arrived in Jodhpur and went to yet another fort. It was Mehrangarh Fort and its about 400 feet up on the hills above the town. Again the fort was amazing, really intricate and huge. Its amazing how they built all this stuff so long ago, this particular fort was built in 1459 and is built right into the rock. Really really cool. The views of the town from the fort were spectacular. All the buildings in the old town are painted blue and it looks fantastic from the fort. We waked down from the fort into the old town. The streets are windy and narrow and none of them are named, its crazy, I am sure I would get myself totally lost.

We went out to a club, but the music was all Indian pop music and there was no one else in there but us, so we quickly called it a night as we had a long day ahead of us. This tour is really really great!
