From where I left off in Jaipur I've had a very good day and properly the worst day of the trip by far. Firstly the good day, was a little nervous about getting a 13 hour night train and didn't know what to expect and have heard some bad thing about them like things getting stolen etc The train was delayed by 2 hours which is the norm apparently so started talking to a couple from Switzerland. The were going to the same place but the poor girl had got a bug that day and wasn't looking to good at all.. I'm still not sure if they made that train because the last I saw them just as I was hopping on she was on hands and knees being sick over railway track. I remember thinking "that would have to be the worst thing on a train that sick" famous last words...
The train was fine, played cards with a family for most of the way so the time passed quite quickly. The scenery was nothing to write home about, all just desert and rocks all the way.
The first sight of Jaisalmer is quite overwhelming.. It is a fort on

Happy Mother Angry Child top off a hill overlooking the city below. The good thing about this fort is that people are still living in it and my Hostel was in there as well so was very happy about that!
That day would have to be the most relaxing day I've had for ages.. If anyone comes to India and wants to get away from all the hussle and bussle go there!! I was alone on a roof top watching the sunset with a dude from Brazil having a few beers and a huge meal of curry's, breads and rice with no horns in the background (that is amazing for India) and could only hear kids playing near bye, just brilliant.
The Fort and city only takes around 3-4 hours to walk around and have a good look at everything and not as near as many people pestering you to bye things, plus India was playing cricket so no one even knew we were there half the time.
The places to stay at are really really cheap but they get you to stay as long as you go on a camel safari with them. They weren’t happy with me when I told them I

The Fort At Night was going the next day and in Egypt I'll be on one for a few days so no real point doing it twice. It is supposed to hurt your ass real bad after a day so a few days I'm not looking forward to it..
Next day I woke up and thought to myself "geee my stomach doesn't feel really good this morning" then all of a suddon I just exploded for the next 24 hours! I thought it was going to happen sometime overhere but of course I had booked a 7 hour train ride for that afternoon to Jodphur where I am now. The train ride was the worst thing, bumping up and down all the way in 30 dec heat with heaps of Indians staring at you! I'm really hoping that it doesn't last to long, went and got some pills from a doc and feeling better already so that’s good.
Next blog I'll tell ya's what happened when I arrived here in Jodphur.. I really lost my cool but did the right thing apparently, I'll explain latter..
I'm going to go back to bed now, try and get some more sleep.
