Nice flight no hassles just a little bit late (40 mins) driver waiting at arrivals (Ms Carul Shvghnessy). Hotel Ajanta is OK nothing to get excited about although they have a wet room shower which reminds Carol that is what we want in Rosemount.
(sleep -> 10.00)

Powersell lady confronts us for tours of Delhi. We decline and make out on our own. After 10 mins dodging tuc-tucs and taxis we decide that it is better to spend a few quid and survive the rest of our holiday. (return to powersell & purchase 300rs pp day trip)

Driver is really nice and from Nepal. We go to th Red fort first which is a bit run down (as described in LP) followed by another 5 free ticket places include the tomb of M Ghandi (Raj Ghat). It is a really nice place to be. Head home (Ajanta) 1700 and go for a kip. Wake around 8.30pm and go for un-tremendous buffet at the rooftop restauarant in Ajanta. Food is ok only but more important does not make us sick ... Bed around 11.30pm.
