Mental Mumbai

Hi All! Well we finally made it!! Flight was ok, Tel managed to get the only seat where the tv was broken which didn't amuse him!! After arriving at the airport in 35 degrees we waited about two hours for them to come and pick us up and then we got the full indian dirving experience! Totally insane! Hotel is lovely although they are repairing it from the inside out!! This place is hilarious!! Anyway we have had a lovely walk down to the gateway to India and it was very strange standing outside the Taj where there were bullets flying only 3 weeks ago!! So far i have had my photo taken with five different people cuz i have such pale skin and orange hair, very strange experience but the people are lovely and very welcoming, it feels very safe but you take your life into your own hands crossing the road, luce you would love driving here, its just horns all the time!!! We leave mumbai at 6am on new years eve and fly to goa so will email when there.
