Who cares if you don't have sunshine!?

Our journey around the world 2010.. No route too BIG, No woman too small...

We made it!!!!! London to Bangalore on the 24th January 2010!

After having an emotional goodbye from friends and family we said Laters Potaters!!!

Air India took care of us for 13 hours with a taste of the dishes of what was to come when we arrive in India- obviously much better in India I hope! After haggling with some taxi drivers outside Bangalore Int Airport, we made our way to our first guest house, under and over taking cars and buses across all four lanes of traffic.
On Arrival we were greeted by two ecstatic guest house owners who proceeded to show us photo album after photo album of EVERY past guest over chai and biscuits - knowing all their names and countries! After enduring a 13 hour flight, crazy taxi driving and an over excited Indian, we crashed upstairs to get some well earned R&R. After a couple of hours sleep, we had our first traditional breakfast/lunch- "Set Dosa", this consisted of a coconut chutney, veg curry and a rice "pancake"...a bit on the spicy side, but it was good! Over food we discovered that our evening had already been planned by Sid- one of the guest house owners- there were two owners, Sid and Syed - who we weren't entirely sure whether they were gay lovers or brothers...! oh and one chef - who was like their love child, who never spoke and appeared at the click of a finger, name UNKOWN !

We stayed in Bangalore for 6 days visiting the Botanical gardens, Bannerghat safari, level 13 viewpoint (india republic day/ aussie day. Bought a guitar of Syed
