luxemborg leaving, hail, and holi

this blog is only to faciltate moving along more photos... the lustre of journaling is waining... and i just had another day of apparently eating the wrong thing....it was exactly as awful and humbling as the last time.
so any way this is just a quick one to tell catch up....these photos are of our dear friend caty from luxemborg on the last day when she was leaving to travel with her friend lisa and then go home. daniel was sick that day and having just dealt with it last night....i feel exactly the expression on his face. we were all sad to see her go and glad that we got to teach her the meaning of " awww...snap!" and lisa said she had an american accent in luxemborgish...so 1 for the americans.
and then there is a bit of hail...self explainitory...right...it was crazy. i mean hail is kinda wierd anyway wehn you think about it ....but this day was one of those blue sky days that hail just appears out of nowhere... so far india is the best place for blue sky precipitation. love it.
and then there is....
holi....
a holiday in the hindu faith when you throw colours all over everybody. we had it easy...shanti wanted to cook food for some of us and of course put colours on us...some of us more than others...it was fun and the food was good as usual...i got ot help a little in the kitchen.
there ya go...
i gotta go recover from yesterday's battle with indian water systems.
