A short blog this time. If you want something good to read, try FriendlyBiker's harrowing description of a recent visit to hurricane-damaged New Orleans - "In the Wake of the Storm". Reading this hit us doubly as we are currently sitting drinking lassis amidst the devastation of the Tsunami in Sri Lanka. After a whistlestop visit to the UK, taking in friends, relatives and the Indian Embassy, we... Read Full Entry

Brings Back Great Memories
We try to catch up and check out your wonderful blogs often. Hard to believe it's been 6 months since we ended our world trip! We're back in Florida and to our boring daily routines...isn't it sad! Your Hong Kong blog brought back fond memories of our visit last May and the 3 years we lived there. Chinese New Year in Hong Kong is the BEST! Keep up the great blogs so we can keep living through you!

Sri Lanka
Hi...like many on this site I follow your blogs with interest...stunning photos. However, we are doubly fortunate, as by chance you seemed to have 'followed' us around South America, and so it's great to see such great pictures of where we have also been. However, I can't believe many people go from South America to Sri Lanka...but we did (via london and India), so I'm delighted to be looking forward to some excellent shots from what is a beautiful and friendly Island. Don't miss Yala for the Leopards (I'm sure you'll get a better shot than our fuzzy long distance efforts), and if you get a sunrise at adams peak we'll all be in for a photo treat !! Cheers.
