Touched down today in Hong Kong at 11:30 pm. Our carefully schemed plan to stay awake for the entire flight failed miserably; although I did manage to plow through 5 movies in between snoozing. Needless to say, the plan to use the 14-hour flight to prepare and study for our competition also failed miserably.
The ride from the airport to the hotel was quite amazing, at least based on the couple of glimpses i stole while battling the sleeping demons. Humongous port with humongous ships. Hong Kong starts tomorrow. Tonight, I sleep.
