Hong Kong - Short but Sweet

Just returned from Hong Kong (Kowloon) and had a fantastic time. I was a little concerned about the cultural and language difference but the local people were very warm and welcoming. The food was amazing, especially if you like dim sum, though I was surprized to see little variety near were I stayed. Perhaps other Hong Kong island and other areas of Kowloon offered more variety. The weather was warmer than I expected for early March, but on the last two days of my 4 day visit the weather offered less humindity and a consistent breeze. I can't wait to return. The biggest drawback is the long flight - 15 hours from HK to JFK!
