Well this week i've ended up in Hong Kong for the mid-autumn festival holiday. It was pretty unplanned but its been fun!
After having 3 hours sleep on thursay night i went to a 7am christian 'bankers' breakfast (at the top of the HSBC building) It happens every month and my dad was 'Mr September'as it were. He did a really good and funny talk, it was about how he became a christian when he was a teenager in Hong Kong and also he spoke about his brief spell in politics in the UK. There were nearly 80 people there and some had to be turned away at the door because it was so full! I have a recording of it but haven't quite worked out how to put it on this blog!
I've had a cool time here this week, been chilling out, hiking in the new territories, been to cheung chau island twice, once with my friend ben from uni in leeds and beijing and once with the rents. I went to my parents new church called Union church which is good i really enjoyed it! And also i went shopping in China with my friend Sian from uni

Tonight we went for a meal with some guys who are the directors of International China Concern a charity who have orphanages in 2 cities in Hunan province. I'm hopefully going to be going there for about a month in the chinese new year holiday.
all in all, a fun week! going back to Beijing tomorrow!
hope you all are well! lots of love, god bless, clo xx
