Well it is really sad to say goodbye to Asia but our last stop in Hong Kong was really great.

We met up with Tina who I first met in Nepal and she gave us a birds eye view of Hong Kong which was great. We first went up the Peak on a tram and the views of Hong Kong are amazing from so high up - I did not realise Hong Kong was so large.

After going up the Peak, Tina had arranged for us to go on a Junk called Aqua Luna. Remember in Japan I thought I had booked us on one and we found out I had booked us on a new boat which was moored next to the Junk. Well I must admit I thought that we would never go on a Junk - but hey presto Tina pulls this one out of the bag and I can now tick another thing off my list. It was the most beautiful Junk you have seen and remember by going at night we also had the most amazing view of Hong Kong harbour - boy are we lucky or what. We would never have been able

Our Junk - Thanks Tina for sorting this out without you we would never have been on such a fab Junk.
to do this on our own as the junk gets booked up far in advance - thanks Tina.

So after our junk ride over to Kowloon we got to the Ritz Carlton Hotel to watch the harbour light show. So in the lift we jump and off to the 118th floor we pop - yes I did say 118th floor and no none of us got nose bleeds, ha ha. When we get there though the windows are misty so not a good location to try to watch the light show so we collectively decide that down we should go and get a better view. Well all I can say is the best view in Hong Kong to see the harbour is right outside the Ritz Carlton Hotel - it was the most amazing view and the light show was great as well - only Hong Kong could do this.

Tina really pulled out the stops as she had also booked us into a restuarant called The Parlour which is in Hullett House. Hullett House is an old colonial building that used to be the Marine Police Headquarters. Our meal was fantastic will mine was anyway. I had

How fantastic is this or what! We are so lucky to be able to experience this.
oysters to start with and one of them was in pineapple juice - yes pineapple juice and it was brilliant.

All I can say is Tina thanks so much for a brilliant day in Hong Kong and if you are ever out of work take up being a tour guide as you were amazing and we would not have experienced Hong Kong in such a fantastic manner without your help.

Hope everyone is ok out there. We are currently waiting for our plane to take us to Perth - will we miss Asia you bet your cotton socks we will - will we be back - like a shot.
