After Shanghai I wentured deeper into the Middle Kingdom, spent some time in the famous Shaolin Temple and headed toward the ancient City of Xi'an. Famed not only for it's ancient history but also for all the archeological finds in the area -as the Neolithical Banpo village dates back to 4500 BC - and of course the famous Terracotta Army guarding the tomb of Qin emperor Shi Huang from 221 BC. I have climbed yet another mountain only this time little steeper and little higher... It was so far the greatest experience I ever had, and that is a lot to say. Hua Shan is one of the 5 sacred mountains of China, It looks like your tipical chinese painting. So unique and beautiful with a great "otherworldy" feeling. I let you to be the judge and hope that you will like the pictures. This time I have stayed the night on the summit and waited for the sunrise.. ( even tho the perfect sunrise never materialized, I have no words to discribe the feeling when at dawn suddenly out of the pitch black darkness the surrounding peaks started to appear and a fluffy blanket of clouds covered the valley... It
was magical....
Shanghai után elindultam az ország belseje felé. Megálltam a Shaolin templomnál ( ahonnan a híres verekedő szerzetesek származnak) es Xi'an felé vettem utam. Xi'an történelme az ősi időkbe vezet vissza, ahogy erről a 6500 éves az első letelepedők által hátrahagyott Banpo neolitikus falu ásatási leletei is tanúskodnak. Itt található többek közt a híres agyag katonákból álló hadsereg mely az első Qin uralkodó Qin Shi Huang sírját volt hivatott őrizni Ie: 221 ben, és ide érkeztek az első kereskedők ( és Marco Polo is) a Selyemúton. .Megmásztam a Hua Shan nevű Taoista szent hegyet, ez most kicsit magasabb es meredekebb volt, mint elődje Shandong megyében, viszont a legfantasztikusabb élmény volt számomra, és ez nem kis dolog...Olyan a hely, mint egy tipikus kínai festmény. Ez nem túlzás. (Meggyőződhetsz róla a képek alapján. )Ezúttal ott aludtam a 2100méter magas csúcson és megvártam a napfelkeltét.... ( annak ellenére, hogy a napfelkelte nem volt maga a tökély, leírhatatlan szépségű volt a táj, ahogy a környező csúcsok kibontakoztak a sötétségből és a habos felhőtakaró lassan beborította a völgyet...
Despues de Shanghai empeze mi viaje hacia Xi'an. En la ruta he parado en el templo de Shaolin y he disfrutado de los montes
y pagodas que ofrece el lugar..Shaanxi , -la provincia al que Xi'an pertenece - es famoso por su historia de mas de 6500 anos, en el neolitico pueblo de Banpo ( o lo que queda de el) podemos ver artefactos y cadaveres de mas de 6000 anos,Xi'an tambien es notado por su famoso armada de terracotta guerreros que guradan la tumba del rei Qin Shi Huang desde 221 antes de Cristo. Desde aqui empieza el famoso Ruta de Seda por donde han viajado numerosos mercantes ( y Marco Polo) desde el siglo II. He subido a otra montana sagrado llamado hua Shan, esta vez era un poco mas alta y mas dificil de escalar, pero era la experiencia mas halucinante de mi vida : )))la Montana parece uno de estos cuadros chinos, con arboles y nubes inimaginables. esta vez pase la noche en la cima y espere a que el sol hiciera su aparencia roja sobre el horizonte... era hallcinante... como puedes ver por ti misma en las photos....

In Chinese,'haha' means laughing :P I think what you have taken are more beauitful than what I have seen on Huashan! wonderful!
