My friends brought their own prayer flags to the glacier and together we put them up. Every time they flutter a prayer goes to heaven for us, talk about an easy religion.

Tibet is only 50km or so up stream from this point.

Mei Li Xue Shan
Hi Matt, I was wondering about Mei Li Mountain north od zhongdian. Can you tell me how long it took you to drive there from Zhongdian and where you stayed? Also did you use a guide for your trek, if so can you give me their phone numbe or email address. I'd love to hear more about that part of Yunnan.
