From Shanghai we headed straight to Beijing. By this stage, our travels in China were starting to feel like a city tour as all we seemed to be seeing was congestion and high rise buildings. I have been facinated by the Chinese tea and the flower tea is my favorite! I even bought a special (cheap) Chinese tea mug so I can make the tea and then admire it. Catherine laughs at me about that. Since I have some stocked up, if I see you soon ask me for a cup of flower tea...
