Apparently, most of the septic systems over here get all clogged up when fed toilet paper. Almost every place I've been (thailand or cambodia) there is a little spray gun attached to the toilet, which is for (um) cleaning up. Kind of like a bidet but much more compact. The engineer in me admires the efficency. If you really need a photo, post a comment I'll see what I can do. Really though, it's exactly as your mind pictures it.
