It has been a few months since my last travelblog (actually 63 days) so I thought I would let all of you know I am still alive and let you know what is going on. I left Vietnam a few months ago and cruised through Cambodia. I spent several days visiting the ruins of Angkor in late January. Wonderful photos
Good to hear from you again and the photos bring back fond memories of Angkor. Coincidentally, I just started reading The Gate by Francois Bizot. It is an autobiographical story about a Frenchman held capture by the Khmer. It is an extraordinarily well-written book. I am 3/4 of the way through a semester of Vietnamese language, in preparation of my return their in Dec. Travel well, my friend.
