Today we left Phnom Penh & flew to Siem Reap. We took Tuk-Tuks to the the airport through the most gloriously insane traffic you can imagine! People here use traffic signals, where they exist, as guidlines only and mostly do what they want when they want to. I don't know why it works, but it does.
