These women belong to the Karen Tribe, from the border between Thailand and Myanmar. There is some kind of war being fought between the military regiem and the Karen people, leading to refugees in Thailand, and adverts on Myanmar TV where these women endorse coffee.

The Game
Yeah, it's called Carrom board I think, I spent two weeks in Lahore playing this game non-stop. Has there been a travel-blog meet-up in Burma or something? Nobody goes for ages, then all at once, it's the hottest new destination. And I'm very jealous!
