we are now in kampala, uganda which has weather more like we were expecting, i'm sweating even at night, we got in late last night after 13 hours on a bus, teh bus ride was interesting, we went through hell's gate np and say zebra and baboon and it was good to see teh country side of kenya, the roads were what we expected, lots of bumpy but as i see it, it was liek 13 hours in a massaage chair, it used to be at night but i can't imagine, our driver almost killed every bicylist he say and loved to use the horn, the border crossing was interesting, mayham, where u get off the bus and have to walk through, uganda although its close proximity is very diffeent from kenya, we arrived in teh dark and teh taxi and our vague directions had hard time finding dr. siefert's house, when we did it was great to meet him, had been emailing him for so long, he was nice enough to have us stay in his house, we are in a tiny bedroom and sleep on top of each otehr but no complaints,

today we went into town, more of a business feel than niarobi, we tried to walk back and sarah thought we got lost but we didn't, very good atmosphere here at the univ. of makerere, we switched from tusker beer to nile special

we leave for teh park on thurs., very excited, as parents are now reading this i thought about cleaning it up but then i stoped thinking, bm= a.o.k

thats all i can think

FOR POTTI AND ZBIG... if u have to call i think teh country code is now 256 instead of 254, the phone should work in both NPs according to DR. S
