I was sent the link below to get a better understanding of the direction that Dar es Salaam is hoping to go over the next 20 years. From what I have seen firsthand, it is a pipe dream.

I left Canada on July 1st, 2011 and traveled to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. I am happy to say that this adventure is beyond my expectations.
