Zanzibar is an island located off the coast of Dar Es Salaam. It is a predominatly Muslim, and has a historic town called Stone town which is said to be the only functioning ancient town in East Africa. It is also known as a spice town and used to be where slaves were auctioned off.

Our group of eight spent one night in town and then two nights at a place called Kwenda Rocks which is right on the beach. So so so so so so so so beautiful. We will let the pictures say the rest.

HI LISA!!!
Hey Mrs. Traveller!!! How are you!? You're pictures are beautiful and amazing and we miss you soo much!!! Last week was national "ride your bike to work" week, and I thought about yout!! haha. And Bev was asking where is the basket on the bike picture? haha. ALSO - side work note, do you still have the swipe key somewhere for the office!? :) Bev can't find it, and you were 'technically' the last person with it...so she wanted me to ask! Hope this finds you well, can't wait to hear all about it when you get back!!! Jess and AYC Office
