Another quiet day for us. Getting caught up on rest and reading, landry and quiet thought. We stolled casually through Plett's downtown area, stopping in at a local market, a wool shop and even found a fabric store. Lunch at a little cafe/bistro helped pass the time while we waited for our landry at the local mat. We watched a surfer trying to catch the "big one " as the tide started to roll in and a flock of beautiful black birds as they floated easily on the cascading waves. Plans for an early to bed as we leave at 0600 for a 2 day road trip through the wine country hills enroute to Capetown, Table Top Mountain and in search of penguins, seals and whales along the southern shores.
