These were a common sight, but never failed to please

These vocal birds ran around in great numbers, weren't afraid of people and provided much amusement

The largest of South Africa's antelope, we saw this guy and many more at a nature reserve 15 min. from Pretoria. We knew about this park as we'd go there every chance we had when living in Pretoria. We also saw 3 rhino, zebra, bleesbok in the 2 hours we were there

This guy ran right across the road in front of us then turned around as if to scold us for almost hitting him
