So I have made it back from day three ! thank you so much for the emails they have really made my day, This is hard ! but i am loving every minute of it, i ran quite a lot today and i was pleased with how it went , but there were loads of dunes! thank you all for the support , i will update on thursday, love seppy ps my feet are in ribbons but sure i will keep going!
