Long day ahead of us today to drive from Fez to Erfoud, and Merzouga if we can make it that far, and the next day we drive to Dades Gorge. Luckily, Enis enjoys driving. Amerdil Kasbah in Skoura

Definitely worth a visit and go with the guide. Makes it much more meaningful.

Like how everybody knew we were tourists and why the guy on the motorbike in Fez started talking to us at a red light!

Kasba de la Vallee Hotel

in Dades Gorge. It is a tour group place and not worth the money. Do not stay here! Although I did like our waiter. He was very friendly and funny and spoke a little bit of English.

Earthen Building in Skoura

Skoura is a great stop for pictures, not just the Amerdil Kasbah.

Kasbah in Oarzazate

It has been restorated and used in many movies.

Fine Camel Specimen
Yes, he was a fine looking camel. I just felt terrible that he had a rope tied around his lower lip. He had trouble keeping up with camel who was in the lead so the rope was constantly rubbing and pulling his lower lip.
