Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and carrots, Jack Daniels sweet potatoes, freshly baked rolls. Pumpkin pie and two kinds of cake for dessert. Not too shabby.

Decorating involved scooping (gross looking but delicious) icing into little plastic bags, then cutting a small hole in the corner of the bag.

We spent Christmas Eve at a nice hotel in Mombasa called the Tamarind. Here's the view from the pool, our room is up on the third floor.

All dressed up and ready to go to Midnight Mass in town. The service was all in Swahili and included far more singing and dancing than last year's Mandarin service...
